Anne’s designs are made using Sterling Silver ( 925°°° pure silver )
The little hearts are in 14 carat yellow gold ( 585°°° pure gold )
According to Belgian Law each item bears two hallmarks: an alloy stamp and Anne’s master stamp which shows a small heart on a column surrounded by the initials A Z.

When purchasing rings, we strongly recommend that you visit your local jewelry shop to have your finger measured.
Chains
Pendants come with forsa chains in two lengths:
40-45 cm and 55-60 cm
Bracelets are available in 3 sizes
SM: 16.5 cm
MED: 17.5 cm
L: 18.5 cm
All items with a medallion can be personalized with a handmade engraving.
Clearly mention the names, dates or text that you wish to have engraved.

Each item is handmade in our Antwerp workshop and personally controlled by Anne, who is very strict when it comes to finishes.
If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
You must first receive an authorisation from Anne Zellien which can be obtained by e-mail: info@annezellien.be
Please clearly state why you want to return your purchase.
Returns will not be considered for:
- items with personal engravings
- damaged, worn items
- items without their original box
After checking the returned piece we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and bank transfer cost.
Your order will be delivered by TAXIPOST, the Belgian leader in parcel delivery.
The shipping expenses will be added to your invoice:
- Belgium: €8,47
- European Union: €18,15
- Swiss and UK: €30,25
- Rest of the world: €90,75
Most of the items can be delivered within a week.
We need approximately another extra week to personalize your purchase with an engraving.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped.
All our prices are indicated in Euros, 21% V.A.T. included.
Each item comes with an original Anne Zellien box, without additional charges.
